Delivery speed starts after your order is packed and dispatched. Customs checks, courier delays, holidays, remote areas, and incorrect delivery details can add extra time.
Available items are usually prepared within 1-2 business days. Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, or major drops may need extra handling time.
Pre-order items ship only after production is complete and the drop is ready. If your order contains available and pre-order items, we may ship them together unless arranged otherwise.
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original packaging, tags, and any included bundle pieces.
Products that are worn, washed, customized, damaged after delivery, missing bundle items, or marked final sale are not eligible for return.
Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived incorrect or defective. Once inspected and approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method or as store credit based on the case.
